With an extensive background in napping on film sets, stealing craft services, and supervising edits from the comfort of her bed, Aya has earned her stripes (and treats) in the creative industry. Her leadership style is firm but fair—she demands creative excellence, daily belly rubs, and at least two walks between meetings. As the heart and soul of the company, Aya keeps the team grounded, inspired, and occasionally chasing squirrels. Under her watchful eye (and wagging tail), greatness happens.
